Legal

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver: Participation in Holy Brush Strokes events is entirely voluntary. By registering for, attending, or participating in any Holy Brush Strokes event, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to exposure to acrylic paint and other art materials, allergens, venue conditions, consumption of food or beverages, interactions with other guests, and any other hazards that may arise. Holy Brush Strokes, its owners, instructors, employees, agents, and venue partners shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or claim of any kind arising from your attendance or participation. This waiver applies to all claims, whether based on negligence, breach of contract, or any other legal theory.

Photo & Media Release: By attending any Holy Brush Strokes event, you grant Holy Brush Strokes and its affiliates the irrevocable, royalty-free right to photograph, video record, and use your likeness, image, voice, and any artwork created during the event for promotional, advertising, social media, and marketing purposes without compensation or prior approval. If you prefer not to appear in any photos or videos, you must notify the event host in writing before the class begins. If you appear in a published photo and would like it removed, you may email us at hello@holybrushstrokes.com and we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request. However, Holy Brush Strokes is not responsible for images shared by third parties or other attendees.

Artwork Ownership & Intellectual Property: All original painting designs, instructional content, and event materials are the intellectual property of Holy Brush Strokes and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission. Attendees retain ownership of the physical artwork they create during events. However, Holy Brush Strokes reserves the right to photograph and use images of attendee artwork for promotional purposes.

Dress Code & Property Damage: Paint and sip events involve acrylic paint and other art supplies, which may splatter, drip, or transfer onto clothing, accessories, bags, phones, or other personal belongings. Attendees are advised to dress accordingly and take appropriate precautions. Holy Brush Strokes is not responsible for any damage, staining, or loss to personal property resulting from paint, art supplies, spills, or any other materials used during our events.

Alcohol & Beverage Disclaimer: Some Holy Brush Strokes events are held at venues that serve alcoholic beverages. Holy Brush Strokes does not serve, sell, or provide alcohol. All alcohol service is managed by the host venue in accordance with applicable liquor laws. Attendees are responsible for their own alcohol consumption and behavior. Holy Brush Strokes is not liable for any incident, injury, or claim arising from the consumption of alcohol or any other beverages at our events. Attendees must be of legal drinking age to consume alcohol and are expected to drink responsibly.

Seating & Event Conduct: Seating arrangements are at the sole discretion of the event host and may not be pre-assigned. We recommend arriving early to secure your preferred spot. Holy Brush Strokes reserves the right to refuse service to or remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, unsafe, or interferes with the enjoyment of other guests, without refund.

Health & Safety: Attendees are responsible for disclosing any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may be affected by art materials, food, beverages, or venue conditions. Holy Brush Strokes is not liable for allergic reactions or health-related incidents. If you have concerns about materials used, please contact us before the event. Holy Brush Strokes events follow the health and safety guidelines of the host venue.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours before the event for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest or applied as credit toward a future event at Holy Brush Strokes' discretion. No-shows are non-refundable. If Holy Brush Strokes cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to weather, venue issues, low enrollment, instructor illness, or emergencies), all registered attendees will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event. Holy Brush Strokes is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, such as travel, lodging, childcare, or other expenses, due to event cancellation or rescheduling.

Third-Party Venues & Services: Holy Brush Strokes events are held at independently owned and operated venues. Holy Brush Strokes is not responsible for the conditions, services, food, beverages, parking, accessibility, or any other aspect of the venue. Any issues related to the venue should be directed to the venue management. Holy Brush Strokes is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage occurring on venue premises that is outside of Holy Brush Strokes' direct control.

Private & Corporate Events: Private and corporate event bookings are subject to a separate agreement between Holy Brush Strokes and the booking party. Deposits for private events are non-refundable. The booking party is responsible for the conduct of their guests and any damage to venue property. Cancellation terms for private events may differ from standard public event policies.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Holy Brush Strokes for any claim arising from or related to any event shall not exceed the ticket price paid by the claimant for that specific event. In no event shall Holy Brush Strokes be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Modifications: Holy Brush Strokes reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued registration for or attendance at our events constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these terms. For questions, please contact hello@holybrushstrokes.com.
